The roman gourmet is as famous as the Colosseum or the Vatican. It is the most loved cuisine among the Italian ones, where pasta and pizza come first.Purchasing the Gold Card you will find out all the secrets of a typical Mediterranean lunch. A chef will follow you and teach you how to make two types of handmade pasta that you will mix with two typical recipes of the Italian cuisine. You will also learn how to make a delicious appetizer and a special dessert.

We'll start from the ingredients that you will buy in  Rome’s oldest food market : Campo de’ Fiori  which is a fully colored, aromatic a typical environment. Then you will be taken to another square, Piazza della Rovere, where you will discover the cuisine's secrets by cooking in a super-accessorized kitchen of a famousitalian restaurant.
