Even if you aren’t a clever chef like Nigella Lawson or Gordon Ramsey, we will give you the opportunity to go back home and surprise your friends with a yummy Italian dinner, made with your own hands!The Italian cuisine is famous all around the world, especially for pizza and pasta. But do you know the real Italian pizza and pasta? Purchasing the Black Card, you will learn the basic techniques and the secrets of the Italian dishes.You will be personally followed step by step by a famous chef: the class only allows 4 people at the time. He will teach you his art through the preparation of a starter, two types of handmade pasta that you will mix with two typical Mediterranean recipes and a typical Italian dessert.

We'll start the lesson by buying fresh ingredients in the Rome’s oldest food market: Campo de’ Fiori market, a colorful, aromatic and typical place famous for the quality of the ingredients! You will then be taken to another square, Piazza della Rovere, where you will learn all the Italian cuisine secrets, in a well-accessorized kitchen of a famous Italian restaurant.
