    Between a museum and a monument, even the palate want its part. Specially because the Italian cuisine is one of the most famous around the world: who hasn’t heard of pizza and pasta? Here is a chance to go back home, knowing how to cook some of the typical Italian dishes.If you will purchase the Platinum Card, you will learn the secrets for a perfect handmade pasta, that you will mix with two typical recipes of the Mediterranean gourmet. You will also learn how to make a delicious appetizer and a dessert. A famous chef will be following you ( Italy has many chefs, starting from the starred Gualtiero Marchesi or Carlo Cracco).

    The lesson will start from the ingredients, that you will buy in the oldest Rome’s food market, the Campo de’ Fiori market, which is very colored and happy environment, full of aromas and typical products. Then you will be taken to another square, Piazza della Rovere, where you will be discovering the chef in you by cooking in a top kitchen of a famous restaurant.

    un cours très interressant, où l'on apprend à cuisiner de vrais plats italiens! J'ai surpris mes invités chez moi en reproduisant les recettes apprises!! A' faire si vous aimez les cuisines du monde!

    Nous avons voulu faire cette expérience et nous asommes restés emerveillés par la technique du chef! Nous avons appris beaucoup de choses sur la cuisine italienne, qui est très différente à l'étranger: ne considérez plus les pates comme un accompagnement, mais comme un vrait plat finement cuisiné!!!!!
